Description
"He Never Came Home" is a documentary film. December 1960--rural Louisiana. The wife of a prominent business owner is kidnapped and murdered. A mentally disabled 16 year old is accused of the crime. The charges were dropped, but he spent 42 years in a mental institution for convicted felons.
