    • Synopsis
    • “The people are killing each other!” cries the horrified village priest. The news has alarm bells ringing throughout the Vatican where Cardinal Rinaldi, head of the SIV, and his CIA agent Crowter whip together a team led by Vatican enforcer Father Christopher Osborne.
Father Christopher and the agents walk into the hilltop village with someone, or something, watching them, stalking them. Death comes quickly when one of the agents is torn apart by their quarry, originally thought to be the devil, but in reality is a mysterious entity named Eve, known only to the SIV and the CIA since 1954.
Christopher and the agents have no choice to descend into an old Roman iron mine beneath the village, where they are pitted against the most awesome power... There can only be one outcome.
