In this new series, Li’lDoc and Geeko travel the world and visit many countries where Geeko reunites with his long-lost animal friends. Each destination is also an adventure where Li’lDoc has to use all her medical expertise in combination with advice and knowledge from local communities.

- Synopsis
- Geeko finds an old picture that features all the animals that used to live with him in an animal refuge. It was many years ago, on an island close to Madagascar, before being adopted by Li’LDoc.
  
  Now, he has only one thing on his mind: to see each and every one of them again. But there’s a catch: these animals have found homes with foster families across the four corners of the world. Geeko is set on reuniting with them all and Li'lDoc decides to accompany him on this new adventure.
  
  Like a full-scale treasure hunt, our two heroes will search for Geeko's 20 friends in 20 different countries spread across five continents. They will come face to face with puzzling surprises, health issues of all kinds and will experience wonderful and rewarding encounters.
  
  Young general practitioner Li'LDoc diagnoses, investigates, refers the sick to specialists, and, especially, takes the time to observe and understand the context of certain health issues in every country. Geeko is very curious. Attracted to all animals (often to a fault) that he can communicate with, he is always the first to test out a silly new experience, but it usually ends in…a funny and manageable disaster! Together, Geeko and Li'LDoc take us on a fun trip where they discover different cultures and raise awareness on local health issues.
  
  Li'LDoc is a series that educates, entertains and inspires the health practitioners of the future.
