    • In a room in the basement of a museum, LESLEY – the curator – presents the famous Moonstone to tourists: KAROLE, a small, frail red-headed woman with a hesitant voice; TREY, a young and very sympathetic black sportsman; LEE, a small, withdrawn man; and DIANA, a beautiful mestizo woman, visibly in a relationship with the tall and athletic woman CALLISTO. CHARLES, the colossal security guard, observes the scene. This stone is of a great value and supposedly has a calming effect on female behavior. Lee bumps into Callisto, who reacts aggressively when, suddenly... an alarm sounds!

The doors close and Charles intervenes: the Moonstone is gone. As he asks everyone to stay put, there is a violent earthquake. The ceiling collapses and a block crushes Lesley, who is trying to escape from the chamber.

The group is afraid but they start to organize themselves, even though their phones are not working anymore. They introduce themselves to one another. Charles manages to get some light back on. The room is in the basement, so there is little hope that help will arrive soon.

They have a few bottles of water but decide not to share them. Karole prefers to share hers with Trey who has none. Karole searches for the missing Moonstone with the help of Trey, who tries to understand why Karole is looking for it. Karole tells him that they must get out of there within seven days or find the Moonstone; otherwise they will all die. Thirst is not the only danger. Charles reminds them that the doors closed before the Moonstone thief could get out: he/she is therefore among them, and so is the stone.

Lee, smelling decomposition in the air, puts rocks on Lesley's body. Trey remarks that he hadn't noticed before that Karole had such long hair. Karole responds that hair grows very fast in her family. Trey compliments her on her hair. They briefly share details about their lives. Trey, a friendly man, shares his plans to travel the world and explore its culinary treasures. They drink their last drops of water.

Thirst intensifies and everyone suffers, except Karole, who is just ravenously hungry.

Diana notices that Karole has grown taller. Her hands seem very large for a woman. Surely this must be a false memory, a delirium induced by thirst.

As no one has any water left, they decide to urinate in the bottles.

The days follow one another, and alliances are formed. Karole shivers in her corner like a junkie while the others drink their own urine. Then they start to argue until the fateful moment when Diana finds Lesley's bottle. From that point on, deadly fights ensue. The light dims and then goes out. Only Lee and Karole remain in the dark. Karole find the Moonstone, and as a result, stops shaking. However, her appearance has changed dramatically. She is now taller than Callisto was, her hair is very long and her eyebrows have become bushy.

Lee turns out to be a real psychopath. But Karole, whose eyes glow in the dark, proves to be even more dangerous...
