    • Synopsis
    • 17-year-old Paul lives with his mother, Sophia, in a luxury villa with a pool. The villa was inherited, along with a substantial amount of money after the unexpected death of Paul’s father. Paul has a girlfriend with whom he takes naked Polaroid photos. He also has a private tutor who, in addition to teaching Paul, supplies him with narcotics.

Paul hates his peers whom he finds to be boring and stupid. He communicates with them only when it is strictly necessary. However, behind Paul’s snobbery lies a deep insecurity as well as a deeply rooted unfitness to leave his home.

Paul’s biggest fear is of letting outsiders into his private world. He is also deeply weary of his mother who is capable of destroying his own world. So when Paul and Sophia meet Mark and his son, their entitled and secluded life in the Villa is threatened by the outside world.
