    • A well known writer (Andrzej Seweryn) has a love affair with a much younger, beautiful woman (Magdalena Boczarska). Against the age, education and social position differences, causing righteous indignation in the intellectual circles, he marries the attractive “girl from nowhere”. Blinded by affection, the writer does not suspect that their controversial relationship may not be pure chance. He does not know, that his sweetheart has been secretly dating another man (Robert Więckiewicz), who offers her not only violent passion, but also draws her into a dark intrigue. Involved in an immoral relation with an agent, the woman provides him with the information compromising the intellectual. Erotic fascination with the agent gradually evolves into profound love, although the woman realizes she is only a tool in the hands of secret police.
The dangerous love triangle and hazardous play of emotions take place against the backdrop of 1968 turmoils and anti-semitic campaign unleashed to serve political purposes.
