    • Synopsis
    • Salma, a forty-five-year-old Palestinian, goes to war against the Israeli Minister of Defense, who moves into his new home opposite her lemon grove, on the border between Israel and the occupied West Bank. The Israeli government is quick to declare that Salma's trees pose an existential threat to the safety of the Defense Minister and his family, and orders that the trees be cut down. Salma, however, is determined to fight for her trees and for her very life - and goes to court.
