    • Synopsis
    • Sydney lives for her music. She tours with her immature but lovable band. Together, they sleep in their van after long drives and load gear into local legion halls, all to play a
show for a handful of preteen fans. They desperately try to make it work but barely make enough to afford gas. At home, Sydney’s mom spins into a debt cycle from going
all-in on a self-help guru. Sydney’s boyfriend mocks her situation, telling her it’s time to grow up, give up the dream, and get a real job.
But Sydney is a born artist. She can’t just turn it off. So she leans in harder. Quits her minimum wage job to play another concert, always hoping the next one will change it all. And this ti me it does...
After the show, a famous talent manager approaches her. He tells her everything she wants to hear; she’s beyond talented with the potential to be a star and can make enough money to never worry again. The only catch, he doesn’t wantto sign her band — just her. What do you do when you can finally reach your dreams but it means abandoning everything else care about? How much can you let go before the dream you’re given isn’t even what you wanted?
But what if this is her only shot? What if her bandmates give up music to go back to school? What if she ends up all alone any way? What if she lives the rest of her life regretting the chance she didn’t take?
