- Synopsis
- Jonny, is a good looking good natured kid, from a strong stable family, who love and care for him very much. Articulate and highly intelligent, he is clearly not cut out for the vortex of drugs and crime he inhabits. We share his relief at the prospect of change, and joy of his new found love with Mary. All seems to be going well until he hears from a friend on the street that he's been caught up in a life threatening case of mistaken identity, a bounty of £1,000 has been offered to the person that scars his face in the most horrific manner possible,(this is the 80's in working class Glasgow, most of the would be assassins would have been more than willing for a fraction of that fee), only hours later the first attempt is made, Jonny narrowly escapes. The stigma that comes with bearing such a scar brings about an anxiety that Jonny finds unbearable. He must clear his name he must get to Rehab.
