    • Synopsis
    • MICHELLE JOHNSON has always done the right thing, the responsible thing. She’s got a string of straight A’s stretching back to pre-school and a high school resume as long as a hardcore criminal’s rap sheet. From class valedictorian all the way to Princeton law, Michelle has got a plan. A carefully crafted, well-thought out, best-laid plan.
      But plans change.
Tired of being the perennial good girl, Michelle decides to try on the life of a bad girl—if only for a little while. So the summer between high school and college Michelle tempts fate, tests her limits, tries on a new persona, shortens her skirts, shows some leg and takes a walk on the wild side.
Michelle Johnson is going to be a groupie.
      A live-it-breathe-it-sleep-it-smoke-it-riding-on-the-tour-bus-hanging-out-backstage-hey-man-have-you-seen-my-pants-all-access-gen-u-ine-rock-&-roll groupie.
Always a quick study, Michelle immerses herself in the exacting science of the feeding and mating habits of the North American Groupie; or as they are more commonly referred to by those in the know: NAGs. While her trusting parents think she is backpacking through Europe with her high school girl friends, Michelle is on a mission to hook up with megaband, Warped. Good girl skin shed, Michelle drops her name and steps into the hyperfresh, hypersexed persona of a girl chock full o’ swagger and sass. There is only one word for a girl like this and Michelle takes it as her name.
      And so Moxie is born.
