- Synopsis
- Gabriel's Passion is the story of a priest who, for his beliefs and social vocation, sacrifices his life in terms of justice and love at its best. This story is inspired by real events, has a clear identity and transmits the Colombian universal problem. The film shows how reality is stranger than fiction, and how ordinary men can also be heroes. Gabriel Passion´s questions the vow of chastity and reflects the human frailties of priests. Also reveals how Christian salvation can not occur without a social and ideological liberation, as visible signs of human dignity.
