    • Synopsis
    • Petri, who has a long history as an underachiever, works in a sports equipment store in a small town in Eastern Finland. His best friend is a guy nicknamed Commander, known for bossing his friends around and coming up with hilarious pranks. Other members of their tight-knit group of friends include Sarttila, a goofy guy always ready for some troublemaking, and Terho, the town's has been football prodigy. Their summer days and nights are spent idling away their time and making mischief.
Together the guys are the proudest – and seemingly only – members of the fan club for the local football team Kulman pallo, which is currently fighting for a place in the 3rd division in the national football league. The team's strongest opponent is another local team, the prim and proper AC United, despised by Petri and his friends. To their horror AC United ups the stakes by hiring a professional for the coming season. The team gets a boost with the addition of Tuukka Tiensuu, familiar to the guys since school, an ex national league football player, and now the new home town hero. Petri and his friends shudder at the sight of him.
Friends and slacking off have always been Petri's number one priorities, but everything changes when he meets Emmi. It's love at first sight, and Petri's friends are naturally green with envy – for losing their friend to a girl. Everything would be perfect for Petri and his dream girl, if she didn't support the wrong football team and have a dangerously close relationship with their arch nemesis, the city's own football champion Tuukka Tiensuu.
