- Synopsis
- A catastrophic earthquake rocks Washington DC, trapping the President and Vice President underneath the White House. With their survival uncertain, a high-ranking search and rescue military officer is tasked with extricating them before another earthquake hits. But as rescue is underway, the U.S. government's designated survivor takes advantage of his new position, attempting to sanction a violent insurrection on the nation's capital.
