    • Synopsis
    • The population of the Western world is obese once and for all. On the other hand, there are so many simple solutions to the problem: lose weight while sleeping, eat to slim, lose weight while watching the television. But these are not realistic solutions. Getting to your perfect dress size requires a lot of will power and perseverance. You have to want it. Taking pills, having plastic surgery and all these weight loss programs don’t solve the dietary problem. This is the reason why four healthy but overweight individuals, who have tried everything and failed, are trying their umpteenth solution that will be filmed over a period of two years. Their goal is to reach their ideal weight in proportion to their height and their lifestyle. They want to learn how to eat healthily and ultimately find long lasting personal harmony without counting calories, without feeling hungry and frustrated, without medication and with local produce. Their respective medical analyses, their daily activities and the way they prepare their meals are listed and commented on. Testimonies from the members of their families, colleagues and neighbours along with the expertise of nutrition specialists consolidate all this information.
