    • Synopsis
    • Francisco lives with his brother Victor, his wife Silvia and Bruno his nephew. Francisco remains ignored, alone and under lock and key. The only activity he is permitted in freedom is to go to the park in the afternoons. One day he finds a rat and he makes it his pet. He takes care of it and keeps it hidden in his room, until one day he is discovered and Silvia who cant stand him, decides to get rid of him and he is sent to live with his sister in a distant village. Gabriela receives him unwillingly alongside her partner Daniel who dislikes and humiliates him. Confronted with this profoundly depressing situation and involuntary imprisonment, Francisco decides to escape from the house and enter the forest that surrounds the town. The beauty of the forest astonishes him, but he soon realizes that nature can be inhospitable. After a bad fall he is rescued and discovers a new way of life in the silent forest.
