    • Synopsis
    • Bandito is a man strangled by the hold of a money lender who has gradually destroyed everything around him: love, friendship, and his business (a lido on a meditteranean beach in southern Italy). Alone, he believes he has lost everything and decides to take justice into his own hands. He kidnaps the money lender and demands a ransom. However, his nature is not that of a criminal, and is unable to carry out his plan. Wounded, and with the thought that he might have killed a policeman, he flees and falls in with a young man who is forced to accompany him when bandito steals his car. During the journey the young man is gradually drawn into the desperate situation and it becomes impossible for him to not empathise and feel solidarity with Bandito.
