    • Synopsis
    • Arcadia is a fresh new film, crafted from the past; a mash-up of archive material from the last 100
years that examines the rich, strange history of the British countryside. It’s an eclectic non-linear riff
on our relationship with the changing landscape. Arcadia uses found sound and has a dramatic
      specially composed score.
A young girl dreams that the answers to her problems are in the land around her. We follow her
through the seasons: the once idyllic landscapes of Spring; into the wild woods in Summer; to
Autumn where darker times descend and on to the harsh brutality of Winter.
