Description
The 3rd edition of Oslo Pix open doors in Oslo, June the 3rd. A summertime festival screening about 70 features, documentaries and shorts-with a special focus on films from Europe and North America. Celebrating Nordic films will be on top, in a festival designated to create a hub for cinema lovers looking for quality films and a good time in our festival street. Oslo Pix is a project in the Oslo Festival Agency family, also running festivals like Films from the South and Arab Filmdays.
Objective
The main ambition for Oslo Pix is to create a new Scandinavian hotspot, for emerging directors and well-established masters of cinema. The municipal of Oslo is pursuing a goal, to become a centerpoint for film in the nordic countries, and have targeted Oslo Pix for being the top international window for this mission.
