    • Synopsis
    • Fed up with the closed-minded, opaque Japanese market, Washizu chooses to live abroad. One day, he is visited by his friend Takeo Shibano (Kyohei Shibata), who
works for a top auto maker in Japan. Shibano suspects a hostile takeover by a foreign mega-fund and asks Washizu to save the company.
Washizu’s archrival “Red Vulture” Ryu (Tetsuji Tamayama) is hired by a Chinese mega-fund worth 200 billion U.S. dollars to acquire Shibano’s auto company. Ryu was once Washizu’s subordinate at Horizon Headquarters in New York.
The two powerful fund managers go head to head in a high-stakes battle.
With 5 million employees and revenues of 540 billion U.S. dollars, the auto industry is the mainstay of Japan’s economy. With Shibano’s company in play, an unprecedented Japanese buy-out war was about to be launched, pitting the two “vultures” against each other.
Swept up in the biggest corporate raid in the history of Japan are Toyo TV newscaster, Yuka Mishima (Chiaki Kuriyama), owner of Nishino Hotel Chain, Nishino (Ryuhei Matsuda), and MGS Bank CEO, Iijima (Akira Nakao).
Riding the economic tidal wave fueled by money and greed, the two “vultures” face off in the greatest battle of their careers.
What will become of them – and of Japan – in the aftermath?
