- Synopsis
- Chris Nowak’s dreams of becoming a successful filmmaker in Chicago have become a nightmare. His recent documentary on film noir is yet to be successful, and he still depends on his parent’s support to provide for his family.
  
  After witnessing his mom’s emotional meltdown over the uncle he never knew, Chris becomes obsessed with a 60-year-old tragedy that he believes ended in murder. His aunt is certain his uncle’s death was no accident either, and Chris hopes the story will become his award-winning film. But at what cost? His wife Naomi has decided this isn’t the film-noir life she signed up for.
  
  The evidence points to a cover-up, and a series of motives including money, jealousy, and infatuation. But is everyone truthful, and everything as it seems? With mounting money and family problems, time is running out for Chris…Will he navigate to the truth or a dead-end?
