Biosphere is a science fiction and horror story about a woman that is forced to live with a misogynic monster that maybe holds the key to save humanity. It happens in an aseptic environment, but tells a bloody tale about a relationship that asks if dehumanized methods justify noble objectives.

    • Synopsis
    • Mark lives alone in a fully functional biosphere in the desert, apart from a world decimated by a mortal virus outbreak. His routine consists of maintaining his private ecosystem for his subsistence. Whenever anyone possibly infected gets near the station, Mark kills them and studies the virus in their bodies.
Once, a stranger called Virginia approaches showing no signs of the infection. Instead of killing her, he takes her in and starts studying her blood for a cure.
As his research and their relationship progress, he realizes that the only way to save their species is by having children genetically immune. Mark first tries to have sexual intercourse with her, but she refuses any of his advances. There is nothing left for Mark to do but procreate with her by force.
