Description
The company started life in 2009 as a small part time operation with the backing of Odeon cinemas and has organised over 40 premieres and special screenings in theUK, quickly establishing itself as an organisation with a unique and innovative approach to the distribution of black film. In 2011 the organisation enjoyed its biggest ever box office returns with Mirror Boy and Anchor Baby debuting at No27 and No29 on the UK box office chart.
Objective
We exist to make it possible for filmmakers who make content based on black history, culture, society and lifestyle reach a global audience thereby helping them achieve their commercial objectives while ensuring the audience is entertained, inspired and informed.
