Description
Kool Filmdistribution was founded in 1997 and acquires arthouse films for German distribution (all rights). Until 2019 the company released 2 titles a year. During the pandemic we did not acquire or release any films. Two sister companies are managing 3 arthouse theatres with 11 screens in Freiburg.
Objective
The pandemic is not over yet and the arthouse market still hasn't recovered. Nevertheless we would be looking for smaller films or especially documentaries to be released theatrically.
