    • Sinopsis
    • "We want to explore what has become known as Buenos Aires’ Chinatown and the people who gave birth to it, the Taiwanese immigrants. We want to explore both present and past, two directions that move simultaneously and that combine through different articulations.
The movie is structured in segments which correspond with the four seasons: winter, spring, summer and autumn. While we see the passing of the seasons in Chinatown, we hear the voices of the members of the community. The audio fragments will be set in thematically structured segments to tell the story of their immigration: when the Taiwanese first came to Argentina, the early years, the experience of the little children hasta came to the country as boys and girls and are now adults that have formed their own families, and the experience of the elderly, now mostly retired.
We want to tell the story of the Taiwanese immigration from a multiple number of perspectives, generations, stories, so that it can have a full human meaning.
