    • Julián, a child of the Mbya Guaraní indigenous community, is hospitalized by court order in the city of Buenos Aires. White doctors decide that Julián has to undergo a cardiac surgery. His parents refuse to authorize the operation. The spiritual leader of the community dreams of a pebble in the heart of the child and calls for his return to the village so he can cure him with the medicine of the hill, using natural treatment methods. Media, doctors, public officials, and chiefs speak for Julián, who waits for a decision locked up in a hospital room. Time passes by, but the child and his family, away from the hill and completely alone, continue with their agony.
