      PLOT OUTLINE:
A ghost story about the memories that haunt us. And the meaning we try to attach to them.

Having just learnt that INGRID has passed away after a short terminal illness, THOMAS finds himself alone in a pub haunted by her memory. In trying to come to terms with the news he has just received, he contemplates an imaginary encounter with INGRID, projecting much of his anger and grief into a conversation with INGRID that will never take place.

INGRID is a bittersweet memory that he filters and dilutes with various degrees of anger and regret through the prism of the relationship they once had and then lost. INGRID’S rejection of THOMAS during her terminal illness meant he could not and did not have an opportunity to bid her farewell. THOMAS reflects on where he was when he learnt of John Lennon, Princess Diana and 9/11. INGRID’S death is eating THOMAS from within and that he didn’t know where he was when she died will haunt him.
