    • Synopsis
    • The Archer Gang are back and doing what they do best - a daring gold bullion heist in the heart of London. Richie Archer's plan is executed with precision... right up to the point when Armed Police come crashing in and arrest them.
Richie, Roy, Butch and Arthur are sent to the notorious Belmarsh prison on remand where their true agenda is revealed. The robbery was staged, their imprisonment a cover to break out old friend and mentor, crime boss ARCHIE BRIDGER. He's terminally ill with just months to live. He wants to feel the sun on his face and see his family one last time... too bad the corrupt GOVERNOR refuses to support a compassionate release.
The Archer gang find themselves in the middle of opposing gang factions. Battle lines are drawn and tensions simmer but while Bridger runs things the equilibrium is maintained.
Key to Richie's plan is escape expert FREDDY THE FLY, a caustic yank and the best exit man in the business. With LIZZIE and LAUREN helping on the outside and MILO THE FORGER sorting out new identities, the plan takes shape.
But things are turned on their head when, in a shock move, Freddy is transferred without warning. The plan is in tatters and it looks like the Archer Gang will be stuck inside for longer than expected.
Worse still, a face from Richie's past is transferred in - his old arch enemy "SLICK" VIC FARROW. Farrow's been incarcerated for 30 years, plotting and planning against Richie who he blames for every last day. The transfer is no coincidence - the scheming Governor is in Slick Vic's pocket.
The scum of A-wing unite behind Slick Vic and hell is unleashed. Bridger is found dead in his cell having apparently hung himself. Richie and co are next on the hit list. Brutal attacks are launched and one of the Archer gang is killed. The loss strikes hard and loyalties are tested to the limit.
A new escape plan is needed and a score dating back three decades must be settled. The scene is set for the ultimate confrontation between two feuding gangland legends against the chaotic background of a prison riot.
The surviving members of the Archer Gang face what seems like impossible odds; but they will prove it's not the size of the dog in the fight... it's the size of the fight in the dog
