    • Synopsis
    • The need of searching water in Patagonia deserts is so, that a man who looks for and finds it becomes a mythical character. That’s the way how the journalist meets Damian Painemal, the “radomante”. From that interview starts a friendship that leads them to a journey looking for “El Tembrao”, that wonderful land which represents Painemal’s childhood.
The final destination is “Arroyo Tembrao”, the small village located at the bottom of the Somuncura (plateau/table land) in the province of Rio Negro. As they get closer to the “Tembrao”, Damian Paileman’s need of searching for water becomes overbearing , as if this was his whole history.
