- Now 20 years old, the architect Beatriz (Marina Lima) revisits her teenage diaries and is shocked. She rediscovers the painful experience she faced from 11 to 18 because of anorexia. She decides to look for the places where she has lived this illness; a confrontation between her body and the places related to her personal history.
  THERE IS GLASS BENEATH MY SKIN is an original film which does not aim at showing the anorexic body, but at revealing the subjective and aesthetic codes through which the main character seizes the modern utopia of power and the manipulated reason. This film presents the fundamentals of the political, philosophical and aesthetic reflections related to anorexia.
