- Synopsis
- This is the story of Mercedes Caride. A 51-year-old ex-model who became pregnant just as her 30-year-old daughter Clara is trying to have children but is not getting it.
  Mercedes hesitates between having an abortion and continuing with the pregnancy.
  She hesitates because of her age, but above all because
  would mean that she could have a child and Clara could not.
  Mercedes must make a decision where someone will go
  damaged. If she miscarries, she. If she doesn't, her daughter.
  How do you become a mother in a society that expects you to be
  grandmother?
  This is the big obstacle that appears in the head and in the
  heart of Mercedes when it comes to making the decision.
  Mercedes could have an abortion and the story would be over, but
  Mercedes doesn't want an abortion. It is difficult for her to know why,
  to connect with that desire, to allow oneself to desire to be another mother
  time in spite of everything.
  This whole story is based on that, and on being able to listen to oneself and defend one's desire in the face of whatever is put forward. In the face of your daughter's anger and pain.

  In the face of the fears of what will happen with that pregnancy.
