    • CHARLIE is to nearly everyone who knows him, a model citizen. A respected professor, married to the Mayor's daughter, charming and affable, he seems like he's got everything going for him. But he risks losing all of it when his former partner-in-crime, HODGE, comes to town. Hodge was incarcerated for murder but released on a technicality. In the past, Rankin and Hodge killed together, with Rankin the planner, the one giving the orders, and Hodge doing the killing. Hodge comes to the little town of Edgewater looking to reunite with Rankin, but finds his former partner wants nothing to do with him. Worse, Hodge has brought a tail with him, FBI agent WILSON, who believes Hodge had a partner and is determined to find him. Rankin must find a way to get rid of Wilson and Hodge without giving away his true identity to his beloved wife MADDY.
