Santiago, November 1969, two young fifteen-year-old militants of the MIR decide to take direct action by hijacking a commercial flight, pointing their crew to Cuba, however the negligence and illusion of the revolution will not be able to counter the harsh reality.

- Synopsis
- Chile, March 1969. It is Patrick's first day (15) at his new school. In the patio, you can see that the atmosphere is totally politicized, influenced by the Agrarian Reform, the French May and the Cuban Revolution. Patricio is a practical and idealistic boy, disappointed in the left-wing bureaucracy of the time. He lives alone with his father in a town in the center of Santiago. After a history class, he meets Pedro (16), impulsive and outgoing, the youngest son of a strict family with a good economic life. What unites them is the desire to contribute to the effervescent social change. In their search, they radicalize their actions and create homemade explosives for a failed connection with a group of the extreme left. After the human's arrival on the Moon, the boys reaffirm their “historical obligation”. They see a new possibility when they hear on the radio the news of a Mexican who diverted a plane to Cuba and decide to replicate the feat. They prepare the plan, steal weapons from their relatives and carry out a robbery to buy air tickets. The day before the robbery, they meet at Patricio's house, try on elegant clothes, rehearse movements and manipulation of weapons.
  November 1969. Patricio and Pedro hijack commercial flight LAN 502. In Antofagasta, they have a tense negotiation and release hostages in exchange for fuel. While trying to take off, the right engine fails and they change planes. Already in flight, the crew takes advantage of an oversight and reduces the young hijackers. On land, there is a lack of coordination in the return operation, which causes the death of police officers by the military. Patricio and Pedro go through harsh interrogations and offer to free them in exchange for silencing the case of the first plane hijacking in the history of Chile.
