    • Synopsis
    • In a warehouse of the Uruguayan Cinematheque, a team of researchers discovers the film material shot by Milton Rodrigues on the occasion of the 1950 Soccer World Cup that took place in Brazil. This material was lost for more than 60 years. Time has forged legends about these images, some say that they could have been destroyed to erase them from the memory of the Brazilian people, others claim that they were stolen by collectors. This is the gateway to an incredible history and a world that was rebuilding after the Second World War. The sporting event will be the starting epicenter of the different subplots, from the preparation of the delegations in their countries to the arrival and construction of the different venues. This tour addresses characters such as Getulio Vargas and Perón, Franco's Spain, Churchill's England, Truman's USA and the start of the Cold War. The most remembered final in the history of world football that silenced an entire nation.
