- Synopsis
- Han-mo is the sole barber in Hyoja-dong, where the President lives. A rigged election by rounding off ends up bringing him a son (He gets married to Kyung-ja by convincing her that she can't abort a fetus over 5 months old, like rounding off.) Then, the 4.19 revolution restores his belief that barbers were originally on the same level as doctors in the ancient time. After a military government is founded via the 5.16 coup d'etat, the haircut decree is announced and Han-mo's barber shop becomes packed with customers.
