- Synopsis
- Autumn in 1987, a year before Seoul Olympic Game. Yukihisa (SEO, Do-Young), a second generation Korean-Japanese, visits a countryside of Jeolla province, where is busily under construction of express highway, in order to attend his grand-father’s funeral. After the funeral, his cousin, Kwang-Soo (KIM Min-Jun) asks Yukihisa to extend his stay. While staying with Yukihisa who is a part-time literature teacher and poet, Kwang-Soo asks Yukihisa to write poems for Sung-Ae (KIM Pu-Reun), childhood sweetheart whom Kwang-Soo falls in love with. By exchanging letters and poems, the three get closer and spend the best time in their lives together. But, their happiest ever moment comes to an end when tragic accident happens at the highway construction site where Kwang-Soo is working for.
