- Synopsis
- The train conductors call it "la voie normale". Upon leaving the classy neighborhoods of Tunis, the train crosses the northern region, heading towards the Algerian borders. AHMED (31), a former artistic director, drives the old locomotive. Sometimes, the machine suddenly stops, revealing the legend of "the death train". We get to know his companions, the rail conductors, and how they face the road ahead. Ahmad recounts to us his trip through seasons, his desire to become someone else, his escape.
