    • Synopsis
    • SHAB, meaning ‘Night’ is a film about the lives of people who live on the edge of what society finds acceptable. Set in the cosmopolitan city of Delhi, the film deals with coming to terms with oneself and explores the themes of love, power and hurt. In the big city, where people come from small towns to fulfill their dreams, one can either fight to attain success or forever chase their elusive dreams. SHAB revolves around those who surrender to the overwhelming power of the city and lose themselves in a maze of their own aspirations and failures. This film is the story of the intense relationship between Raina (Arpita Chatterjee), a girl who works at a coffee shop and Azfar (Ashish Bisht), an aspiring model from a small town outside Delhi, who loves her immensely. Things take a turn when Sonal (Raveena Tandon), a rich socialite, becomes Azfar’s mentor and Raina meets Benoit (Simon Frenay), a French expat who teaches French in Delhi.
SHAB is a story of the search of happiness and love of multiple characters caught in the web of circumstances of an unforgiving and cold city.
