- Synopsis
- Merhawit escapes Eritrea via a container ship and lands in Italy. As she makes her way to Sweden, where a distant relative provides hope of a new life, she succumbs to the new disease that sweeps through the migrant community: vampirism. She desperately tries to hide it, but the journey becomes unbearable and hope for the future dwindles as she, and the disease, both progress through Europe.
