- Synopsis
- At the top of one wild Bosnian mountain, not far from the village, a young shepherd watches over his cows and engraves the figure of a woman on a piece of wood. And then, somewhere from the sky, a parachutist falls close to him. The parachutist turns out to be a nice looking woman and to complicate matters she is French?! Her name is Deborah. Although Mehmed doesn't understand the situation well, he decides to answer her pleas for help. Mehmed's mission is a difficult one as he is burdened with the fact that he doesn't understand "his gift from the sky"; Debora doesn't speak Mehmed's language, and for sure, Mehmed doesn't speak hers. From that moment begins an innocent love story full of comic cultural clashes and shocks, spiced with peculiar lives of people from the mountain.
