GRABNER perfidiously uses VILMA’s past to make an argument as to why she shouldn’t testify against him. He tries to talk her into reconsidering her giving evidence to the international courts by telling her that she will be shamed by her past and that her whole family reputation could suffer because of this.

GRABNER makes a case that she has much more to lose by testifying against him and the other officials. After hearing GRABNER’s “arguments”, VILMA’s attitude begins to change. She suddenly becomes very indecisive.
GRABNER’s task to divert VILMA from giving her evidence is not simple at all, and the consequences of not being successful in this are dire. His life is literally on the line since if he were to fail at this task he would be killed by two professional assassins (sent by fascist revivalists).
