    • Synopsis
    • Sanpei is a cheerful boy living with his grandfather Ippei, a master fisherman. Sanpei is an ordinary kid at first glance, but through Ippei's coaching and Sanpei's natural born talent, he's quickly growing into a great angler. During the summer vacation, Sanpei is absorbed in fishing with his childhood friend, Yurippe.
      One day, a man named Gyoshin Ayukawa, a fishing superstar in the U.S., tells Sanpei the legend of the “Monster Fish of Yonaki Valley". Naturally, Sanpei decides to catch the legendary creature. Gyoshin, Sanpei and the others are about to make the journey to Yonaki Valley when Sanpei’s sister Aiko comes back from Tokyo...
