    • Synopsis
    • Our purpose is to make an incursion into the world of Circuit Bending. CB is an artistic and technological movement that aims at exploring the alternative sound possibilities common electronic toys and objects can offer. A definite uprising electronic music stream, CB also appears as the epiphenomenon of a new era that proposes a different approach to industrial goods and devices. Days of buying and consuming are over, now have begun times of unscrewing, dismantling, remodeling and finally re-inventing objects first purposes. Under the work of these DIY geniuses who are always looking for newer sounds, and widely relying on randomness, these toys are given a second unexpected life. Musicians with all sorts of backgrounds, whether a movie score composer or an aesthete mingling sound research with integrated circuit, we are taking the spectator to discover this underground world settled in Paris East End which influence is rapidly spreading.
