    • Russia. Year 2003.
300-years anniversary of St.Petersburg with world-wide celebrations, including visits of various countries leaders.
Far in Afgan mountains a big group of terrorists from different parts of the world had been trained for almost a year under command of Russian dissident – “Six-finger” (Victor Sukhorukov).
Their task is – to kill delegates of the celebrations, including Russian president in a day of Fountains in Peterhof near St.Petersburg.
In order to do it, one of the terrorist’s unit capture a train, carrying a party of conversed nuclear bombs from Belarus to Ural, and guide it to St.Petersbug.
They threaten the authorities, that they will re-assemble one of the bombs and spread Plutonium on the way.
Special unit of Army Intelligence (“Dinamit” – Vladimir Turchinsky and “Krest” – Igor Lifanov) re-capture the train, but one of the bombs is appeared to be stolen.
In the same time another part of the terrorist group is trying to kill a defense minister of Pakistan in the center of St.Petersbug.
Special FSB (former KGB) unit “Grad” is protecting the minister, fighting the terrorists in front of the Hermitage, and together with minister’s guide – President’s Secret Service officer Rasina (Irina Saltykova) – chase them on aquabikes on rivers and canals of St.Petersburg.
After interrogation of captured terrorists, both Army Intelligence and FSB separately are realizing, that a big group of terrorists had been trained for a year, and transferred a month ago to one of the desert islands on Ladoga lake. There was and old Soviet army base, left several years ago.
Both services decide to find the island and capture the base.
In the same time both spetznaz units attack the base – from the air and from under the water.
But there is just a few terrorists. The rest is gone to the operation.
Both spetznaz units understand that they are tracing the same enemy. They find a computer scheme of the operation and realize that the bomb is hidden near St.Petersbug Nuclear Station and is going to be detonated via GSM mobile phone.
They also realize, that all the terrorists are going to Peterhof, where President is going to be in three hours, and all of them are wearing special badges.
Unfortunately, spetznaz does not have enough evidence to stop the President from visition Peterhof, and decide to go there and to prevent the attack.
Terrorists are located partly in Peterhof as tourists. Another part of them capture a tourist boat on in-water wings.
FSB officers manage to switch off GSM re-translators and “Six-finger” can not activate the bomb. Then he commands the attack.
The boat on in-water wings is heading directly to the Peterhof Palace, where appeared the President. The Palace and the park are well-guarded, but nobody is waiting attack from the sea.
Spetznaz in accepting the battle in Peterhof park and secure the President.
