ROCKET MAN is a depiction of the history of
European Space travel. At the same time the film
revolves around one man who is of the utmost
importance for this history. By tracing the life of the
German space engineer Lutz Kayser and his
constant struggle for achieving his goal of
developing the first low-cost rocket, ROCKET MAN
shows an alternative view on the history of the
(European) Space Programs through the eyes of a
      real life ‘Iron Man’.
