    • Synopsis
    • The neo-noir tale in which Attieh and Garcia go through the other half of their cultural legacy (their first film, Ok, Enough, Goodbye took place in the Lebanese city of Tripoli), features two travelers who find themselves in the small Mexican/American border town of Del Rio, Texas. The first is an aspiring actress who comes to town for a film role after the director “discovered” her on YouTube. The second is an aging, lonely cowboy who is in town on business. Once arrived, the two travelers soon find out that things don't go exactly as planned –the “director” of the film is missing and the set is run by a group of teenagers, and the associate the Cowboy is supposed to meet had to leave town unexpectedly. Waiting for something to happen, the Actress and the Cowboy get swallowed up by the strange nothingness of the town. Recommended by Enrique is a tale of mysticism, tradition, and the dream of celebrity. It’s an exploration of the unique diversity of Southern Texas, and its border-town culture, which is neither fully Mexican, nor American, yet is also both at the same time.
