    • Synopsis
    • A generous doctor brings a young Moroccan boy back to Belgium to raise him as if he were his own son. When the boy reaches adulthood, falls in love and starts a family, his young wife finds herself trapped in an oppressive emotional atmosphere that will insidiously lead to a tragic outcome. With the birth of their children, the couple's reliance on the doctor becomes excessive. The latter's boundless altruism changes into domination.
