    • Synopsis
    • Ann-Mary, 35 and newly divorced, grew up in Scandinavia in a safe picket fence haven with women’s liberation, peace, solidarity, love and tons of hugs in her small blond family with her danish mother and no idea who her biological father is. Being the ‘exotic half black or half white’ with Negro-spiritual hairstyle she knows she is African rooted. Her pedagogue mother refuse to tell
anything and accuse her of betraying Carl, who
has tried so hard to be her father, ever since she
was a baby. Her senile grannies are convinced
      she is adopted.
Ann-Mary is ready to take some grown-up
action for herself and celebrates her birthday by
starring in the popular TV-reality-show ‘Who am
I?’ to find her father! Before she realizes, she all of a sudden finds herself in Africa in N’Gioto - trapped - in an open fire with her flesh and blood father Papa
Nelson and his armed notorious military gang. In
an almost surreal afro-world scenario, she has no
idea of…! Too late she realizes that some matters
should be left alone – like global family matters!
