    • Synopsis
    • The city of La Plata is the cradle of many independent cultural movements and many of them are formed between friends and with a strong conviction.
This documentary portrays three independent rock bands and talks about its style, its composition form and the experience being exposed in a show. The bands chosen are 'Las Armas Bs As' (https://lasarmasbsas.bandcamp.com/)
      'La Teoría del Caos' (https://lateoriadelcaos.bandcamp.com/)
      And 'Los Valses' (https://losvalses.bandcamp.com/releases)
Their respective frontman share a similar path. When their were teenagers had their bands of garage then they crossed a period of singer-songwriter only with its guitar and (previous to the formation of the present bands), along with the rest of The musicians, were part of an independent record label called Uf Caruf that claimed the collective and cooperative work of art.
Likewise, we intend to delve more deeply into the creative part and discuss, or put on the table different issues generating debates between them. The different thematic axes are, in a first instance, the conceptual of the next record of each band, which brings together both aesthetic and ideological issues; Following by how they construct among all their material and how the rest of the musicians contribiute to the song that the singer and writer brings to a rehearsal room; Then we delve into the song itself, what it says, what is important in a song, or what a song should have; To then pass to the live instance. How is this experience, whether it is acting or not, whether or not a character is built and how much authenticity or truth is in it. Finally, and in front of a hypothesis formulated by an unknown person, who says that these bands, are not bands as such, but are a singer / author with musicians behind and without this 'leading figure' Band would not exist, a discussion is generated in relation to this posture, and they talk about what makes them a band.
