- Based on real events, MATHILDE is the story of the love of Nicholas II, the last Russian Emperor, and the prima ballerina of the Royal Mariinsky Theatre Mathilde Kshessinsksa.
  There are days that change your life forever. The voice of love calls for you and you turn to it – you make a choice. But what if a tsar falls in love with a ballerina of an overwhelming beauty?
