    • Synopsis
    • In recent years, the marathon, the legendary race of
42 kilometers and 195 meters has become more
than an endurance test with Olympic category. Now
it is also a mass spectacle of universal character
which generates as much devotion as business.
Who has made the marathon a fad? Is there someone behind this trend? Why are there more and more runners who measure their strength in this and other long endurance events?.
Running has become a new social phenomenon that
is worshiped as a religion and is addictive like a drug.

Millions of anonymous runners flood the streets and parks of the world in response to the same canons: they all want to live longer and improve the quality of life. Everyone wants to have the perfect body. They all feel part of a group and run to escape from everyday problems. Running is like fighting, a new way to survive, which can be traced back 2 millions years ago.
